Loic and Rafer are fond of strength training on daddy's chest. Loic bobs his head, pushes up on his legs, and inches his arms toward daddy's face. It's a full body workout.

I am so glad you are doing this. I seemed to find time in the first few years but now I seem to have mostly given up on the blog.
